I'm really enjoying this fountain. The size is perfect just outside my office window. What I like the best is the SOUND the water makes trickling from one spot to the next. It's perfect; you can hear it but not overwhelming. It's a calming back ground noise. I'm thinking if I put more pebbles in it, it might be just a little bit louder.At nighttime, the lighting is subtle not at all overbearing and certainly doesn't disturb a night sky;)

I've had the product for about six months and have not had any issues. The fountain works as expected and as described. Set up was easy and straight forward. The sound is subtle and relaxing. Which is what we were looking for. The item went on sale the week after it was originally purchased. I contacted the seller and got a prompt and friendly response.The seller refunded the price difference. The entire transaction was very easy. Very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful fountain. Lights are great, pump is quiet. Perfect gift for my husband. One problem...leaks from multiple places. Am returning so sad

Fountain leaked in multiple places in the base right out of the box. We love the look of it, but were disappointed in the lack of quality. Sent an email to the company, as they requested in the documentation sent with product, but have not received a response. We noticed in other reviews, that there were similar problems and that when contacted, the company was quick to respond and replace the fountain. We are hoping for a similar outcome. Will update review when and if the problem is resolved.

This fountain is much nicer than it looks in the pictures. Ours worked well after the easy set up, and about two months in, it started to leak. We tried to fix it, but couldn’t figure it out. We sent a email to the company, and they made us aware that there was a one year warranty on it. Within two days we received a replacement that works perfectly. This is such an exquisite additive for a feng shui entry, or garden. We highly recommend this product for the design and price. We would also like to commend the quick response by the company in handling things in such a prominent and expeditious manner

Complete waste of money. I bought it to put it indoor, filled it up with water, started Larson right away. I have been cleaning the puddle for an hour now, also got my thumb cut with something sharp inside the fountain. Now to return, I pack it again and take it to some store myself, I'm stuck.UPDATE!I reached out to the seller with photos of water leaking, they were quick to respond and offered multiple options to fix the issue. However, took alot of efforts but finally I made it work. I have been using it for few months now, it looks, sounds and works great. I'm changing my rating from 1 to 4.

This is a really nice looking fountain, but at night it looks amazing. Decent height, decent weight and easy assembly. Attach hose to pump, add water, put pump into water plug in and install cover. It has to power plugs, 1 for pump and 1 for the light. There is no light switch, so the light will continue to run unless you unplug. Lights might promote algae growth, so I put my light on a waterproof timer. The one thing that worried me was the hole that drains the water back into the tank. It's a dime size hole, but I would think bugs, lizards or small frogs might go into that hole. I got creative and added a screen filter. Hopefully this will help. If you're looking for a fountain, I would give this one a look.
