3 Piece Filter Kit
Protect your camera lens from ultraviolet light while boosting your artistic possibilities with this Essential filter kit. The kit which includes a UV filter, circular polarizer, and warming filter is an ideal accessory for cameras with 49mm filter diameters.
UV Filter
The ultraviolet (UV) filter prevents UV light from reaching the lens, helping increase clarity and reduce haze. As a result, your photos look crystal clear even in mountainous and coastal areas, where ultraviolet light is particularly strong.
CPL Filter
The circular polarizer filter (CPL), meanwhile, is essential for outdoor photography, as it deepens the intensity of blue skies and reduces or eliminates glare. Polarizer filters provide color and contrast enhancement. Reflected light often shows up as whitish glare that washes out color in an image. A CPL filter corrects this problem producing deep, dramatically blue skies. It also removes glare from non-metallic surfaces, such as windows and water. Color saturation in general, especially outdoors, can be improved significantly. Think of it as sunglasses for your camera.
FLD Filter
Finally, the kit offers an FLD filter which helps balance light in outdoor situations. FLD Filter provides correct color, removing harsh green cast caused by fluorescent bulbs. The FL-D and can help create pleasing skin tones under fluorescent lighting without a flash and true-to-life color rendition, along with being an essential tool in any environment where the ambient light is fluorescent.
4 Piece Close Up Filter
Multi Coated 4 piece Close-up Filter Set consisting of +1, +2, +4 & +10 diopters. This is the perfect, economical alternative to a macro lens. Close-up filters offer a world of new and creative possibilities. They work well with both traditional & digital cameras. The set comes with a handy carrying case.

These kids are a great value if you want to get into photography and don't know what certain things do. They allow your camera to produce good auto focus and the qualities themselves are not inherently bad. You just get what you pay for with cheap filter kits.

The filters are okay, however, the macro lenses are ruined by some kind of film that is impossible to wash away.I tried using lens cleaning fluid, alcohol, special lens cleaning tool. Nothing worked - the lens surface still has some kind of film that results in very bad quality photos.Admittingly, if it is possible to control the light and minimize direct light falling onto the lens the contrast issues are minimal, but shooting outdoors is absolutely impossible with this kind of film on the surface of the lens. However, not all lenses are ruined by the film. Luckily +4 is almost imperceptible and +10 is rather okay for occasional shooting. Although +10 suffers from chromatic aberrations too much to be useful.
