The customer support service for 4D Tech is outstanding.I purchased the bypass switch thinking it would work for my Grand Cherokee. Once it arrived, it was installed per the instructions and to my dismay, it didn't work.I contacted 4D Tech by email, but my thoughts were that I would hear from them in a few days, if at all. To my pleasure, I received an email from them within a couple of hours. That same day, we discussed what the issue was, I had the wrong part, and was told that they would send out the correct part with a return label.True to their word, I received the part, installed it, which is very easy, and am sending the old one back.4D Tech has by far the best support you could ask for. I can only say "Thank You"

Install was simple, no programming, no jumpers or dip switches… it’s plug n‘ play and just works.

Easy to install. Works perfect. it saves settings whether you want auto engine shut off on or off that way you don’t have to keep pressing the button.
