I ordered a 4 ft Marquee number 50 with bulbs for a 50th birthday party. When the package arrived in this huge (but very light) box, I wondered why the box was so light. When I opened the box the only part that was in there were the bulbs, no number 50. I was so upset and very disappointed.

This was a hit at the party. Lots of compliments. It does take quite a bit of work to put together and definitely needs the use of a glue gun. We also had to trim pieces to make them fit better. We bought a second set for another party a week later. The lights on this first set worked great but the second set we bought did not so definitely check the lights before putting it together.

Purchased this for a Surpise 50th Bday party for my sister. This was one of my favorite purchases for her party. It was easy to assemble. The "5" is not as sturdy as the "0" but they both held up and through the party. Afterwards, I did not want to waste them - so I donated to a friend that was also going to have a 50th Bday party. Hoping that he gets the same use out of them.

The quality of these were far from good. They’re difficult to put together in a manner that looks presentable. The bulbs lack brightness and are too small for the size of the numbers. As well, the tape provided does not stick well. Very disappointed given the price of these.

The assembly was SO NOT fun. I would never recommend this product to anyone. It required a hot glue gun, trimming of one or two of the pieces, and gaffer’s tape to help reinforce it. And after all that, I’m STILL concerned about transporting these to the party in one piece and having them stay up for the whole time. Especially the number five.Ar the time of purchase, I thought it made more sense than renting one. Now I see why the rental is worth it. So much time spent on something that a strong breeze could topple.Save your money & aggravation!
