the band is not included in the package, I sent one back and got another both were missing the band as in the description , I wasted so much time dealing with this

So bought this kit to overhaul my 1999 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 4L60E transmission.This kit does not fit a1999. Even though it says 1997 to 2003. It comes with new pistons however the input drum spring and clip on a 1999 can not be used with this piston and does not come with gaskets for the stock pistons if you choose to reuse the stock ones or even a new spring and clip.Parts list is very vague and so far I am not impressed with the kit at all several delays due to ordering the correct parts. I would not buy it again. I'll update another review further into the rebuild I get and if I find anything else.

Correct kit for the transmission but packaging was open and parts missing! Obviously it was not a new unopened kit. One of the pistons was missing, steels were thrown in open which damaged the band. Unsure what else could be missing. Looks like it was thrown together from various kits and sold as new.

Input shaft seals ridiculous sized no labeling witch o rings go where only part numbers with out parts number list sheet??

Kit has more then I thought it would. How ever there are a few seals that are damaged.
