Grabbed this chain to hang a light in the garden with some solar lamps in it. An old chandelier we are repurposing. This is a good solid chain for the job. It would also look lovely in any room where you need a black chain for a hanging light fixture. LOVE the carabiner on the ends for easy installation.

This review is for the CUFEAL 4mm Diameter 6 Ft Long Black Hanging Chain Lighting Fixture Chain.I grabbed this chain to use to hang up a couple of old real copper lights I picked up at the thrift store. I'll have my handy man rewire them. It comes with a black locking carabiner on each end too. I'm still on the hunt for something to use as stands for them. I think I will have him do one as a hanging or floor lamp and one as a desk/table top lamp. This chain should be more than heavy enough to use with them and I thought the black would go best with the copper.Do note though the weight limit of 100 LBS for this chain! This is not a heavy duty chain that I would use to hang a swing or a punching/speed bag with, the loops/links are also NOT welded shut. You can adjust the length of the chain by simply using a couple of pair of pliers and opening a link slightly to remove what you do not want or to loop it back on itself to shorten it.I must say even though this will work for my use when I put it VS the regular price $12.99 per the listing that makes it $2 a foot, and I find it high priced. I have bough plenty of chain in different lengths/ratings over the years at our local farm supply store or the big box home improvements sores for way less cost per foot. So do your homework before deciding which to purchase for the best specifics for our use.As always I only do honest reviews and will update if needed. I hope this helps you make the best choices how to spend your $.

This chain is pretty decent quality for the price and works perfectly for me. I like the threaded end link. I use it for my squirrel busting bird feeder that the squirrels learned to lift off the hook and drop to the ground. This has foiled their cunning little minds (at least for the time-being) as I put this chain up and attached the feeder to it. Fortunately they don't have apposable thumbs, so can't unscrew the last link and drop the feeder. I'm very happy and so are the birds.

The CUFEAL 4mm Diameter 6 Ft Long Black Hanging Chain is sturdy heavy chain, it’s going to take a lot to separate a link. It does come with 2 links that screw together.

Ok yeah this is a decent chain, but not worth $2 a linear foot. It does come with two chain attachments but still that’s a premium price for some that I found at a big box store for only $0.50 a linear foot. This chain isn’t strong enough for a child’s swing or a boxing bag like the item description states, maybe for a light or hanging basket but that’s all the future I would go with it. For a swing you will want/need a ‘double loop’ chain so the links don’t separate while your child is swinging. ~ Also 6’ sounds like a lot but it really isn’t, it’s just a couple inches longer than the height of the average person. As I said earlier it’s way overpriced.

I got this to extend the length of my swag light and needed a few more feet of decorative chain. This chain is much heavier duty and thicker than the decorative chain that came in my swag light kit so I wont be able to use it for that. But because this chain is so heavy and nice I have another project in mind to it for. The finish is a really nice matte black, the links are sturdy, and the connectors are solid. You can't go wrong with this chain for a variety of different uses.
