The strips are being used to wrap around a walking stick where a hand would hold. 3 of the strips came apart- not tight enough to actually tear, the leather from China was just too cheap-..like scraps glued together and dyed on one side-

Exactly what I was hoping for when I ordered. Only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 was because I wish they had not been rolled up when packed. They must be steamed to straighten out. I am using them to make tassels therefore they must be straight. I would’ve much rather preferred to have them come and strips than one long roll. As far as I can tell they are genuine leather. And they are working perfectly for my intended purpose. Very pleased. Would recommend. Inexpensive!
