I was looking for something that could help baby proof a closet door. It’s holding so far. Since it is just adhesive, I’m sure it would come off with enough force, but it should help deter baby. It’s easy to open and close as an adult. It’s easy to setup!

Overall, I really like these cabinet locks from HomeBrella. They install easily with the peel-off adhesive stickers, are reasonably easy to open by adults, and work on a variety of surfaces. So far, I have tried them on my toilet (which my toddler keeps trying to get into) and a couple of my cabinets. I like that the lock length can be trimmed down to size if needed. Reasonably happy with them.

These locks are simple but effective—no tools needed and no tiny screws to lose. They hold strong against curious baby hands, but are easy for adults to open with one hand when needed. Great coverage for cabinets, drawers, and even the fridge. Total lifesaver once the crawling starts.

Works well, not too hard to install. I do dislike that they can't really be adjusted once you've installed it, but that's not the worst thing. Seems like they should hold up for a while.

I bought these locks to babyproof my kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and they’ve definitely made a difference. The lock mechanism works really well—it keeps curious little hands out of drawers and cabinets, while still allowing me to open and close them easily with one hand. Installation was quick and painless, and I was even able to use them on some awkward surfaces, which was a nice surprise. Directions for removing them are on the box.They do what they’re supposed to do, and I’ve found them very convenient day-to-day. But, you should know, the adhesive might not hold well on slick or uneven surfaces. I’d recommend giving the surface a good clean before applying and maybe letting the adhesive cure overnight before using them.I think they’re a decent buy for the price. If you’re looking for a simple solution to keep cabinets child-safe, these get the job done, just don’t expect industrial strength. If buying again, I might get them in a bigger pack, as there are so many uses for them.

Maybe I’m stupid, but I cannot make this work as described. I can make the little tab move but that doesn’t seem to do anything about unlocking it. Fortunately my husband installed one end on a heavy duty magnet on the metal part of a door frame. I open it by lifting the magnet. It’s effective, absolutely, but not the way the packaging says it’s supposed to. It feels like quality but… I can’t get it. So…. Im skeptical. Maybe it works just fine for other people?

These cabinet locks work perfectly for baby-proofing under the sink. They’re easy to install, hold securely, and give me peace of mind knowing little hands can’t get into anything dangerous. A must-have for baby safety!

I love how versatile these are - there were a few things in our home that I wasn't sure how to toddler proof, but were annoying at how often were issues. Apparently toilets are fun to play in, fridges are fun to open and then carry around fragile glass jars, oven doors are fun to pull down on your head... These sticky locks are a workable fix all those things. They're easy for adults to open, and even easier to click closed. I just wish you could adjust the strap once it has been set - once the fixed side is clamped onto the strap, you can't tighten or loosen it.
