This took a sec for me to understand how to use, but once I took a good look, I got it. You need a phone case to use it. You have to take it off and put the insert through the charger part of the case and put the case on. Instructions would have been helpful. It functions well enough and leaves me wishing if operated differently somehow. I do love that I can keep my phone around my neck when shopping to avoid losing it!

I have a few international trip coming up and I've heard about cell phone snatchers. I installed this over the weekend and it works great. I left the piece that goes under the case on and just took the strap off for now. So when i'm traveling I can just grab the next or wrist strap and attch it. I also like that it comes with two neck and two wrist straps. I will be bring my old phone with that is no connected to a network for anytime I want to take a quick picture for my phone and don't want to bring out the big camera. I plan to leave my actual cell phone that I need to commuicate with folks back home sure in my bag at all times.

Finally a way to use my phone safely on the ski lift! I'm really looking forward to this on my next trip. The strap is on the thicker side and has a very small amount of stretch. I really like the loose end containment brackets it uses, very trim. The phone case insert is stiff but flexible and does not interfere with a charging cable. It is either plastic or fabric, it's hard to tell. It feels like fabric. There are other types of inserts that are available from other vendors: fabric, plastic, metal, one ring or two rings. The openings in your case will dictate some of that. If there is a failure point, I would expect it to be the pin securing the clip to the ring attached to the strap. It's the thinnest metal part of the whole thing and not much give. If it fails, which I hope it doesn't, I'd replace it and the clip with a small double-sided carabiner clip.

If you keep a case on your phone, this is the travel phone strap for you. It’s so easy to install the tab in the phone case, and then I can swap out the neck or wrist lanyard depending on the situation. This makes traveling so much easier, and allows me to keep my phone easily accessible while safe from pickpockets!

This is exactly what I'd hoped it would be. The part that inserts into a phone case is very easy to install (literally takes seconds) and does exactly what I need it to. I had planned to use a separate pocket chain to keep my phone attached to me in case of pickpockets while travelling or attending crowded events, but I think just clipping a carabiner to this and a belt loop or the inside of a pocket will do just fine (might be more visible that way, but a quick pickpocket working their way through a crowd would likely just drop it and move on when facing any resistance). I will feel much safer in certain circumstances with this.

These phone lanyards for both wrist and neck are thick and sturdy. The patches to attach them to phones are a bit less strong. They're material of some kind with a metal loop. I would have preferred completely metal. Even so, I'm glad to have these comfortable anti theft cords to use with our phones when we travel, in particular. They feel well made. There are enough cords for the whole family. Recommend!!

Heading to Europe and heard that it was recommended to secure your phone with some straps so it doesn't get snatched out of your hands.This is one of the options I considered and it is definitely one of my top choices that will go on the trip with me.The set includes to longer adjustable lanyards and two shorter lanyards. The longer lanyards are long enough to be worn cross body, while the shorter are great to wear around the wrist.The material feels really good and doesn't seem like something that could be easily torn or even cut quickly as it is rounded.Setup was quick. I took one of the metal plates and put it between my phone case and phone and had the connector piece come out by the charging port. It was easy to clip on the lanyard to it that way and use the phone.The only thing to be aware of is that with the metal piece in place it may become a bit more difficult if you use a charging cable to charge your phone. You might have to wiggle the cable around a bit, or remove the plate while you are charging. This is not an issue if you can charge wirelessly.I definitely recommend this lanyard combination if you are looking to secure your phone or just want to carry it more comfortable on your wrist without worries of dropping it.

I wish I got this years ago. I'm the girl who walks around everywhere with a million things in her hands, and who is constantly dropping or losing things, including my phone. I work at a school around kids and leaving my phone sitting around isn't a good idea. Now it's always on me, it's always in reach and I never drop it and I don't have to fumble with putting it in my pocket or later panicking when I can't find it in the pocket I thought I put it in.Anyway, the string is very thick, and not rough against my skin. It's easily adjustable but also stays put after I've adjusted it. I am so happy with this thing.
