This load sensor, sometimes called a strain gauge, is the same one found in digital bathroom scales.
The sensor is a group of half-bridge strain gauge, there are 3 ways to use it :
1. Use one sensor with an external resistor to form a full-bridge measurement, the range of a sensor range: 50kg. External resistance on the higher requirements.
2.Use two sensors to form a full-bridge measurement, measuring range for the sum of the two sensors: 50kgx2 = 100kg
3.Use four sensors to form a full-bridge measurement, measuring range for the sum of four sensors: 50kgx4 = 200kg

This was my first time working with a weight sensor. The readings were accurate and the sensor was very sensitive! You do have to take your time with calibration for accurate results but once you've got it dialed in, you're good to go! As with most sensors and boards these days, you will need to locate documentation online, but this sensor's documentation was easy to locate and straightforward.

One of my boys is making a scale for a 4H project, so we ordered these weight sensors from Wishiot. We received four 50kg sensors (one for each corner of the scale) and an HX711 AD Amplifier Module.He is using them to make a wheatstone bridge. He is using an Arduino UNO R3, the Arduino IDE 2.3.3, and the HX711_ADC.h library.Wiring is straightforward, as is the calibration example outlined in the library. I found some 3D printed brackets to mount them onto plywood which is sandwiched between large porcelain tiles.So far these sensors have been working well and are accurate enough for our purposes.
