These extensions are a must have if you're planning on future LED projects. Sometimes you need a longer connection to make your project right, so these extensions are just like an a insurance policy. Just in case and I have run into plenty of those. I hope this review helps.

DO NOT USE OUTSIDE....they will not hold up.....in the back of a PC, running down a shelf to link sets, or even daisy chained together to get 1 long run IN DOORS you will be fine....comes with enough pin sets to link every set together with males on each end...all wire runs are terminated with female ends and then you get a pile of pin sets you plug in to change gender....REALLY LONG RUNS.....these are 3 1/2 feet runs.....i have a cooler master 922 case that is massive and still had to hide extra wire on the 2 runs i used

Needed these to shorten up some extra wire I had on a display. Did the trick PERFECTLY!!! Spot on for length and nice size wire that's not to thick or thin.

Be careful with these adapters, once you have one plugged in, just think of it as a permanent fixture. After I installed one, I had upgraded some parts after a while and during the course of moving some wires around, I guess I moved that wire wrong, no visible damage, so I guess moving it around messed up something on the inside. I use this connector for the Corsair Lightning Node to control all the LL series fans and RGB strips via software. After upgrading components and firing the computer back up - I could not control the Corsair lights. Finally replaced the adapter with a new one and it worked fine. Thank goodness it's a 4-pack.

These are great for adding extentions for your led light strip. I bought the Eclipse Accent LED light kit. However the extentions were too short for what i needed. These extentions came on 2day. They work great and now to setup my led strips on my computer desk setup.
