Boxes, one sensor per box. However the part part numbers do not reference part back to OEM number. So I have 4 sensors with 3 different numbers and therefore unable to determine the position on the catalytic converter.

I installed these on my 03 Rav4 due to a check engine light with oxygen sensor code. Installing these did not correct the issue. I then bought some Denso sensors and it fixed the problem. Do yourself a favor and buy name brand OEM sensors not this junk.
