I like everything about these except that out of the 4 received, all were different in the amount of free play in the ball. One was very loose having a few thou of free play. 2 were tighter but not quite there. The last one was spot on.If you need these to hold a precision part to close tolerances, it isn't for you.If you just need these to make ease of adjustment and have a constant one direction load such that when they are pre-loaded they will never go from tension to compression, as in my application then you are good to go.At $3 per ball end including shipping, this is a great deal. So long as it suits your application as described above.The threads are spot on, the bore is 0.3745 to 0.375. so 5/10ths small to spot on across my four samples.They look well made and have a grease nipple too.

I needed some flexible connections for a bed lift I'm building to connect some linear actuators to a bed frame with some give and take as it raises and lowers so i gave these a try. They're just what they look like, rod end bearings with spherical bearings on one end and a tapped hole on the other. They're well made, my only issue was finding some 3/8x24 rod which they went with rather than the much more common 3/8x16. Fortunately these days you can get 3/8x24 threaded rod very reasonably right here on this site.
