2.It can't tell it's Glass or Plastic by the appearance , so how can I to identify it?
You can try to ignite the screen protector with a lighter. After the plastic layer on the surface burns , you will see that the shape of the tempered glass does not change after burning. (Plastic will be deformed at less than 300 degrees Celsius. Glass will be softened only at 600 degrees Celsius)
3.Does the screen protector cover the whole screen? Why is it smaller than my Camera's screen?
A little smaller than the screen makes it easier to install. And it is not easy to damage and get bubbles.
4.How can I remove a cracked glass screen protector?
Lift the screen protector with your nails or hard cards from any corner . Once the corner has been lifted off the device, hold the corner and remove SLOWLY.

Fit my Instinct 2X Tactical just right. Pretty typical installation - wet wipe, dry wipe, sticky dust collector, suction cup on the protector to position it, smooth down with your fingers or the edge of a credit card, detach suction cup. All the stuff you need is in the small plastic case this comes in along with instructions. Long as you are careful during the 'position' part shouldn't be much trouble to get on. So far it's been good, I am frequently reaching into spaces with lots of metal outcroppings so I wanted to protect my screen. Hasn't impeded solar charging as far as I've seen, it's a clear cover. Pleased with what I got.

It was a little tricky to get it perfectly centered. I battled a small air pocket at the 11 position twice. With care, the screen protector is easily lifted and re-positioned using a dental pick. Invisible once installed and adds protection to my expensive watch face.
