They don't mention this anywhere or show actual picture of them on an object.I've never gotten pads without adhesive strips on them.Snow for us starts tomorrow so it's going to be rough finding a way to secure them in time locally.I'll update after install if they work well or not. 3 stars for now for deceptive advertising.
