Cannot reasonably rate this item . It did not help getting my chair to work and I ended up in a warranty claim with La-Z-Boy (which they honored ).

I measured this supply and it can output 3.2A @ 29V before shutting off. But when it sees the inrush current required to start my recliner motor, it immediately shuts down.
