I was amazed that the largest knob fit great with just a bit of adjustment with the little enclosed screwdriver! So glad as I had been using pliers lately to turn the knob! Thanks for a great product!!!!

Got the job done for me. I have an old school OG crockpot - Rival model 3725 - with 3 settings: Off, Low, High. This uses a typical flat-sided keystone shaft. The original knob broke aligned with the flat side of the shaft. These knobs will work on this unit, but presses onto the shaft fairly tightly such that I had to apply a bit of pressure for it to slide on.For these knobs on my unit, the painted indicator is opposite the flat side (and screw side) such that when you install these "properly" - where the screw side is aligned with and tightened onto the flat side of the shaft, then the painted indicator points down instead of up towards the settings labels. This doesn't bother me, personally, and the knob turns and works. You can also install it so the indicator points the way you want, but since the screw goes up against the rounded side of the shaft, I don't know how well that will work in the long run.This package arrives with 2 size knobs, and the shaft is the same size (and pointing direction) either way. This will likely serve you fine if you have a crockpot like mine. I don't know about the newer crockpots. Perhaps if I dismantled the unit and changed the orientation of the switch inside the unit (something I did not try), it would work better. YMMV.

Item looks like it's of good quality, however the mounting holes were exactly the same size between the large and small knobs and will not fit my crockpot without the holes being larger as stated.So I have to return the item..
