Plenty of horror stories about shipping. This arrived well packaged in a wooden crate. No damage. Mounted and purged fuel line and fired right up. Be sure to flush the case out with clean oil a couple times before final fill and first run. There was some debris inside but cleaned it all out before firing it up and have changed the oil already and didn't not see anything alarming come out. Pretty efficient little engine
