This model fits orbital sanders with 3 retaining screws. This has a very firm solid metal backing plate that is actually a lot better than the original plastic one that came with my sander. Good fit, good price, and well made.

I didn't think i would ever be able to use my old random orbit sander because the pad had worn out but now it has new life! This fits well and will work for many more years to come. The price is right!! I would definitely recommend this.
