In the midst of starting PT after spinal surgery, I find this tool to be very useful as something (along with a posture cross-stick) to keep behind the bedroom door to grab randomly throughout the day to just give me a sense of where my body is in space (proprioception) and to help me control stretches for pretty much every body part. It also serves as a massager of sorts when rolled gently against sore muscles or against trigger points; even more so in the those hard-to-reach places. It provides great leverage for applying pressure and for stretching out a bit farther while minimizing risks of losing your balance or falling. It can also help you learn proper alignment for more dynamic movements of the arms. The tool assembles easily, although if necessary for travel, it also breaks down easily; one minute, tops. A bag is provided for storage and transporting in an inconspicuous way. It doesn't weigh much but it feels substantial enough to support significant force and maintain its shape. It's a great value with comfortable padding.

So I wasn’t really expecting to like this that much, but my mom got it for me to help with my posture (I game a lot and kinda slouch lol). I started using it and… not gonna lie, it’s actually super helpful. The stick is solid. Like, it’s made of metal so it’s heavier than I thought—about 2 pounds—but that actually makes it feel really sturdy. It doesn’t bend or wobble, and it gives you something solid to push or pull against when you’re stretching. The foam handles are soft and comfy, and the rubber on the ends keeps it from slipping on the floor. You can adjust the length too, which is cool. I mess with the size depending on what I’m doing. Once it’s locked in, it doesn’t move, which is great when I’m trying to use it for balance or posture stuff.I’ve used it for shoulder stretches, hamstring stretches, balance practice, and even during warmups for soccer. It’s honestly helped me loosen up a lot, especially after sitting at my desk or gaming too long. My back and shoulders don’t feel as tight anymore. Also, it’s good for travel. Yeah, it’s not super light, but it’s not a pain to carry either. I took it with us on a road trip and just threw it in the back seat. Way easier than lugging around other fitness gear.Overall: If you’re into sports or just want to stretch better and fix your posture, this thing is actually worth using. It’s tough, easy to use, and helps a lot. Way better than I expected. Not gonna lie, I use it almost every day now.

This yoga stick goes together solidly and very easily. The ends have cushioned grips which is a nice addition and Tempe tops are rubber to it does not slide on the floors or damage anything by scratching it. The metal that the pole is made of is nice thick quality and you can feel it in the weight of the stick, while not heavy, it is solid. This is a great way to help stretch and use for balance

This comes in a travel bag for easy transport. It is strong, sturdy, and easy to use. It's a mid-weight bar, heavy enough for support, but still light enough for travel. Easy to assemble and disassemble. Helps with stability and stretching. I looked at a number of different yoga bars before trying this one out. This one has the features I was looking for at a great price point. Very pleased.

Easy to put together and take apart for on the go. It comes with a storage bag. The grips make it easy to to hold on to and control. Good length and well made stick. Feels durable and it’s not heavy.

This yoga stick is a well-made and a high-quality product. It is nicely finished, and very easy to assembly. Basically, it is like screwing together four pieces of pipe. Super quick and simple. The stick is rigid, strong, and robust, but not overly heavy. I like the comfortable foam handles at each end of the stick. The stick can be easily disassembled so I can bring it to class or wherever I want to go with it. The bag that is included, keeps the pieces of the stick securely together. I am happy with this investment for better health.

Wasn't expecting to like this stick so much, compared to the bamboo ones I have. But I do like the sturdiness that it provides, and that I can walk proudly and carry a small stick rather than a giant one if I want to bring it along. Easy to clean and nice grip handles, like my pull up bar. Doesn't need the stickers on the parts, it's obvious how to assemble it and they leave a sticky goo that will take elbow grease (or maybe just time) to get off.

Very nice yoga stick. Comes in 4 parts that you just screw together and also comes with a bag if you desire to carry it around compacted or unassembled. The only part I don't think was necessary was labelling with a sticker each part. Both middle pieces are labeled C and oddly, the ends are labeled A and B. A and B are basically the same. At least the stickers seem to be a plasticky material and not just paper so they won't just constantly tear and tear and tear away as you take them off. I had to remove remaining stickiness with either the peeled stickers or some tape. Not too bad. Yoga stick has smooth finish, nice grip ends and a good heft.
