This is a nice set. All true stainless steel.The flour sifter moves the flour through fast! I would have been nice if this also had a cap on both ends. Because the flour will run straight through, which means you have to hold it over your bowl as you pour the flour in and if you need to refill the cup for more flour, where are you setting it, when there's not a cap to catch the flour? SO I feel I would rather have a flour sifter with a cap on both ends. I feel that I would not recommend this, even though it is a helpful set. Just too messy and inconvenient having the flour run straight through.The scoop is sharp on the end/edge. The mesh strainer is single mesh, as to double. Sugar shaker is a nice bonus. That lid stays on tight, so it's not falling off when used. I've had others that did. And that has a cover! It would have been great if the flour sifter did too.I also appreciate that all of the pieces are stainless, there for dishwasher safe.Amazon shipped this in a paper bag and not a box. So it's not surprising that the flour sifter had many dents. And even a scratch. I do not know what condition it was in prior to shipment. But I can guess it all happened during shipping. Bugs me to have something new banged up.
