I’m just an amateur and am beginning to get into artificial lighting for my photography. This reflector is perfect for my needs and has the flexibility for multiple situations. It comes folded up into a zippered case. The only complaint I have is that it’s rather tricky to fold it back up and get into the case. Not sure if it’s operator error or just a new item that will loosen up over time, but at this point, it’s a bit cumbersome. The size is easy to manage and handle in a large room, however, notsomuch in a confined space. For example, I tried to use it to get a room shot of a small bathroom and this reflector was just too big. Otherwise, in a normal sized room, it works great! I’m glad I ordered this, but the price seems a bit steep. There are likely cheaper ones out there for the same thing.

I really wanted to love these reflectors for their perfect size and ease of handling for location photography. Unfortunately, the frames, while fine for the reflectors themselves, struggle to keep everything in place when mounting the reflectors by the handle. They wobble like crazy from the weight and flexibility, but I'm convinced the handle will eventually crack and snap off. I think it should have been placed along one of the sides instead of one of the ends, so there would be less leverage on the point where it attaches to the metal band frame.Other than this concern, I think it's a nice size and shape with plenty of material quality to serve just about any kind of portraiture, whether in the studio or on location. If I had to do it over again, I'd just opt for a regular reflector without the handle to save some money.

This Konseen 5-in-1 Photography Reflectors 27x35 inch (72x90cm) with Bag & Connection Adapter came across my Amazon feed and I couldn't resist trying it. I do some sidework doing interviews for events and testimonials, and while most of my work is at events, there are times I can setup a station with some studio lighting. These reflectors are easy to use, and have a nice plastic handle grip built in. This is great if you have an assistant to bounce light as needed, or you can attach it to a C Stand extension arm for static placement.What's innovative about this is that you get essentially 4 reflectors plus a scrim... the scrim is built into the hoop, and then there is a zip open cover with different materials on the inside/outside of the cover: Gold, Silver, Black and White. This makes this a a very compact setup since you have a single frame and you can open the nylon cover to whatever color reflector you need.I've used this on two shoots so far and it seems durable enough... I'm not mistreating it or shooting rushed events. For product photos or planned interviews where you can adjust lighting, this works fine. In fact I might pick up a second one so I can do some Rembrandt-style light setups. I'm enjoying this Konseen Reflector set so far!

The reflector is foldable for compact storage in its protective, zippered cover. Unfolded, it is sizable for use as a handheld or mountable reflector or a light diffuser.The main panel is translucent white, which can be used as a diffuser to soften light that is passed through or reflected. A reversible sleeve fits over the panel to change the characteristics to white (natural fill-in reflection), gold (warm tones), silver (strong reflection), or black (absorbs light, reduce reflected shadows).An oversized handle at one end is easy to maneuver without excessive fatigue. A photo assistant will likely use two hands, one one the handle and the other along the rim, for best grip and positioning. The handle can be mounted to a studio light stand for perfect positioning without assistance.

This a useful set of reflectors that give you a variety of lighting control options. I appreciate that they can all be folded down into an included carrying bag. Overall quality of the reflectors are fine, though I think the hardware portions like the handle and the stand adapter could be improved.

I mainly wanted this for the diffuser. It is a good size for using a secondary light at a table set up. The materials I found to be typical to other similar portable reflectors. The zippers work well and the stitching is good. The reflector comes with a storage bag which is always a good extra to have. It is not a high quality bag, but will keep dust off.I really appreciate the size especially in a small space like I’m currently using. However, I am not at all sold on the handle and connection adapter. The way it is attached to the reflector frame is rather flimsy and it tends to bend. I ended up using the reflector with a double clamp hardware piece and bypassing the handle all together. I basically attached one of the clamps directly onto the frame and the other clamp to my light stand. I found that this keeps the reflector in place much better.So far, I’ve used the diffuser quite a lot and I’m pleased with the thickness and quality of light diffusion. I’ve also used the black cover as a flag and the silver side as a reflector. The results were good. I rarely use gold, but it’s nice that it is there. I will use the white as a bounce.
