This is an Excellent pruning blade.I easily cut through 1 to 6 inch walnut branches with ease.I have used it for several branches and it is still very sharp. The cuts are extremely clean which is important when pruning. This is definitely a high quality, fine tuned blade! Will order again.

This 6 tpi Japanese tooth reciprocating saw blade works really well as a pruning saw. I have other saw blades for pruning that are not as sharp and don't cut as fast. This blade fits perfectly in my cordless reciprocating saw. I did some trimming and I'm really satisfied with how it cut fresh pine and dried juniper branches. I'm surprised at how smooth the cuts are.

This 1 Pack 15 Inch 6 Tpi Japanese Teeth Reciprocating Saw Blade for Wood Cutting and Tree Trimming, Cr-V Sawzall Blade with Curved Edge and Fleam-Ground Teeth for Longer Life and Faster Cutting Speed is very handy when it comes to cutting palm branches up on a ladder with my little 12v sawzall. It is very convienent and safe. It did a good job with the bigger thicker greener palm branches than with the smaller ones which seemed to tear and vibrate more than cut. Overall though it did a good job especially on regular wooden branches. It is very sharp and does a good job when used properly.

This electric saw blade is very sharp, the sharpest saw I have ever used. I used it to cut a large pear tree in the front yard. I found the saw blade a little soft, but it did not affect its use. It works great. Thank you.

I had put off some tree trimming and then I saw this blade. These trees were close enough to the house that running an extension cord was not a problem. This curved blade fit my saws all and it made quick work of trimming the dead branches off my trees. It is curved like my hand tree saw and made a nice clean cut without any frayed strands. So easy, I cut the branches up into 6 inch pieces for my fire pit. Blade comes with a bubble plastic sleave for shipping and I suggest you keep that for storage, this blade is wicked sharp.

I have a 2-foot-diameter, 3-foot-long freshly cut maple log that I want to split down the middle to prevent splits and checking after I carve a sculpture from it. I chose this 15-inch curved saw blade primarily because of the thin kerf it leaves. I'm not disappointed. Attached to a Sawzall, this blade worked its way longitudinally through half the log without much complaint. No binding. no slowing down even deep within the cut. The log split easily with a wedge after preparing with this blade, and judging by the sharpness of the teeth, it looks as if there's plenty of life left in it.

This is an impressive pruning blade. At 15 in in length it is over twice as long as the original blade in my reciprocating pole saw. This really helps when pruning high or distant branches, and it allows the saw to be used for larger diameter limbs where I would otherwise need to use my chain saw. The blade cut quickly with no clogging of the teeth in my tests. While it is a bit expensive, the price seems justified given the quality of the blade and the added versatility it provides.

If you've ever had a fig tree then you probably know that they're the unkillable medusa of the plant world. Like kudzu with an attitude. My fig tree turns into a giant, blooming, beetle covered fruit basket that invites allll the critters to my backyard every year. Usually I would get out the loppers and spend well over an hour clipping the clippable branches and bust out a hand saw for the thicker ones. No more.I just did in 15 minutes what regularly took over an hour with the manual tools the last several times I've trimmed the fig tree back. The blade is sharp and appropriately made for pruning/trimming. It went through every piece I threw at it with ease. It's bright and shiny metal (stainless?), not a dull pot metal look. It held into the sawzall easily and didn't bend or break anywhere.I got the one unit version (that I don't think is posted anymore) but it appears to be the same blade in a single quantity. You'll have to math the numbers for your situation, but for me, it was well worth it.
