Here’s where the confusion lies. The pictures in the listing shows photoshopped women wearing it. I bought it for my 7 year old and it fit her well. But it also fits my 2 year old well.. I don’t see it fitting an actual adult.

Purchased for a 7 yr old who loves it. Very stretchy waistband, so it fits most kids. I would have given it five stars, but as I was putting it on my daughter one of the flowers fell off.
