I bought these to try them to see if I wanted to make my own. I liked these a lot. Beads are small and silicone is thin. Very easy to pick but also lasts a long time.

I bought these for my kids who have anxiety. They are fun to keep their minds occupied. These are the perfect little sizes too. Super cute colors! These could also be good for those on the spectrum, great for sensory!

The texture and picking sensation was helpful for distracting me from skin picking while giving a similar sensory end point, like getting a scab off.A couple considerations:1. Make sure you have a plan for where to put the beads. They will get everywhere.2. If you have trypophobia, visual sensitivity to small holes or patterns, you may find this triggering. Especially once the beads are removed. I found it triggering, but I just chose not to look at it.

I bought this for my 21/2 yr old granddaughter to keep her from putting her hands in her mouth all the time. She like the picky pad but so did her parents!
