Hi! Ich habe mir diese Transistoren gekauft um meine defekte Endstufe zu reparieren. Habe dafür nur den NPN Typ 2SC5200 gebraucht. Nach Einstellen des Ruhestroms und mehrtägigem Probelauf keine Prblemealles läuft nichts wird übermässig warm. Mein Fazit kann man kaufen. Ob diese Teile originale sind wage ich allerdings nicht zu sagen. Preis ist recht günstig und erfüllen für meine Anwendung ihren Zweck.

He comprado un lote de estos transistores, 5 piezas de cada uno, los he medido con mis herramientas y los he comparado con otros transistores originales que tengo.Realmente estos transistores estan apareados y tienen buena ganancia, sin embargo no cumplen con las especificaciones de tensión, por que tanto debo concluir que no son originales o fueron remarcados.Lamento mucho poero es la verdad.
