Magstripe works fine, RFID works fine as well. Using a Proxmark I was able to write a 35 bit rfid onto this because the chip supported it. As some other reviewers have mentioned there can be a small bump on the card where the chip is, but it's not noticeable unless you look closely for it.

Worked great on our access control system prox readers and the mag strip was easily programmed to work with our time clocks.
