This item leaks and breaks very easily. I bought the stronger looking one but it still broke pretty quickly. Then add on top that it leaks. I won’t be buying again after I use up the rest of the nipples in the pack.

I put these on the bottom of a big round water container for my pigs to be able to drink water and it worked perfectly!

Used these too make homemade hog waterers out of 55 gal drums. I did re-enforce with silicone around them after screwing into place. Have lasted so far being used hard by 2 full sized hogs. Worth the money.

I had bought a different set and the parts were mostly plastic. I like this set better because it's mostly metal and seems like it'll last longer against our rough pigs. So far they've held up well (have used for 2 months with 2 hampshire pigs). I like that it also comes with the tool to drill into the tank.

We purchased these nipples to put on a waterer for our pigs. It took the pigs a day to learn how to drink but now they LOVE THEM!!!!

Leaks with a consistent drip. Only way I as able to stop it was to put plumbers putty on it. The plumbers tape the provided did not work.Than within 48 hours two of the five nipples were broken. They would not let out water.

I’ve been using these nipples for about three months now. They are heavy duty, were easy to install, and definitely get the job done. I installed them onto a 55 gallon plastic drum. They work well, and the pigs soon figured it out, but it’s easy for them to get gunked up with mud or other debris, which makes them leak some. As soon as I cleaned them out they worked fine. I would say that as long as you keep them clean and keep an eye on them, they are a great buy.
