For each size of Dubia and Discoids, please find below the size-specific limitations: -1/4" XS: Up to 1,000 will be packaged in cups -3/8" S: Up to 1,000 will be packaged in cups -1/2" S: Up to 800 will be packaged in cups -5/8" M: Up to 400 will be packaged in cups -3/4" M: Up to 300 will be packaged in cups -7/8" L: Up to 200 will be packaged in cups -1" L: Up to 100 will be packaged in cups -1.25" XL: Up to 100 will be packaged in cups To ensure your pet gets the right amount of food, we use a system that combines both count and weight in grams. We do this because what matters most is the weight of the food, not the number of bugs you receive. For example, whether you have 90 bugs that weigh 9g or 100 bugs that weigh 9g, your pet will still get the same amount of food by weight. To make sure you get enough food for your pet, we always weigh heavy and include extra bugs to account for any dead or undersized dubia. Depending on the size of the bugs, you may receive slightly more or less than you ordered. For instance, if you order 50 dubia, you may receive as little as 45 if your bugs are on the larger end. However, you could also receive as many as 60. In most cases, you will receive more than what you ordered.

My roaches came days earlier than delivery date which is always a plus! The roaches are true to size. There was absolutely no dead loss. They came in double paper with torn up egg cartons and what looked to be diced potatoes. When I put them in a container it looked to be no more than 50. I reached out to the seller and he immediately got back to me insuring me that 100 are sent. I was instructed to count and if I am short to take a picture and I would be sent the right amount. Looks are deceiving all 100 were there. This seller is Amazing the product is Amazing! I will now be getting my roaches from this seller!!

First order arrived all completely DOA, oddly wet to the look and touch. Worked with the company to get a replacement. Was very pleased with their courtesy and willingness to send a replacement without using USPS or completely cancel, get a refund, then buy a new batch. Second batch was exactly what needed, all healthy and alive. Full bellies on critters here now. Thumbs up all around on this company.
