The hydraulic jac works great but started leaking fluid in less than 6 months from purchase. Not able to use once it leaks.

Moving it in a tight crawl space to level a house foundation was extreemly difficult and after jacking up and shoring a beam the piston was difficult to lower even after the pressure screw was completely removed.

Lifted up my 2 story house with 2 of these bad boys! Would definitely recommend if you need such a tool.

Do not buy this jack. when it arrived it came in 3 boxes, the 2 inner boxes were saturated in hydraulic oil and when we attempted to user the jack, it would not lift anything. got approval for return, at my expense that ended up costing over half the price of the jack. Save your money and buy one local, probably not this brand however.

Worked like a charm. I bought two, only needed one because the first one worked so well. I get to use the other one now for whatever. I fixed my slab for a cost of about $450 with the coast of one of these and several bags of commercial grade concrete.
