Thicker threading that doesn't replace the vintage telecaster screws. Starts out okay and then gets harder to tighten and then stops with knurling of the screw head.

I used these to replace some missing pick guard screws on an old PRS. They aren’t as long as the original PRS screws, but they fit well and the screw heads looked the same.

These are really nice screws. The color is not shiny chrome which isn't always desirable if you prefer an aged look to your guitar. The manufacturer states that the screw heads are slightly smaller in diameter than stock, so they will not fill the counter-sunk holes in the pickguards quite as well. Keep that issue in mind if you wish to maintain the current look of your guitar.

Great bag of flat-finish nickel screws. Not unnecessarily shiny chrome. I've used these to customize a few Fender copies, a Gibson, and Epiphone. They're perfect for all of them fit and finish. They're not "aged," they're just not shiny and meld perfectly with the estetic of my clearly played guitars. I will purchase these again to have spares. Thank you.

I'm doing a relic on a stratocaster copy and needed screws for the pick guard. These are the perfect size but more importantly they are not a bright chrome! They are more like a brushed nickel - duller that chrome. Perfect for making a guitar that looks aged.
