Price is a little high and the light itself while bright isn't the best I've used. But the concept and design is very good and it works very well.It is not hard to put on but if it were somehow easier than slinging over shoulders, it would be daily use item for me. I use headlamps at least every day for all sorts of purposes around the house. This won't get that kind of use because I don't want to put the vest on each day but for biking or camping, it would be very useful. A big advantage over headlamp is that bugs won't fly right into your face at night. It is a great safety vest and I am quite pleased. The price is a little high for the quality of the light imo, but it's still a solid item and I would recommend

Very bright lights and easily adjustable straps that are long enough to accommodate many body types. The light fits snuggly and comfortably on my body and does not feel heavy. I originally bought this to replace my flashlight on my evening dog walks - my yorkiepoo is tiny and has black fur so she is very hard to see in the dark in our poorly-light neighborhood. The light gives me a peace of mind - frees my hands so I don't have to carry a flashlight and the reflective straps keep us visible to neighborhood traffic.I'm finding other uses for the light as well! For example, I used it to look through some boxes stored in a closet without a light. I also wore it recently while helping my brother replace the brakes on my car, much easier than having to use a utility light, especially since the angle of the beam can be adjusted. I really appreciate that the light is up to date on using a USB-c charging port (cable comes with the box), making charging convenient. I have used this light for a total of 3 hours from a full charge, and have not needed to recharge it yet.

Putting it on is like putting on a pair of suspenders. The shoulder straps attach to a reflector plate in the back, the strips are high-vis with brilliant reflector stripes down the center, cars would have no difficulty seeing you at night even without the light. The straps are all adjustable from very large to small. The unit has a clip on the left side of the waist or chest which you open to remove it. On the front is an LED light which, if you press the left button, gives you red light, or flashing red light at different speeds. If you press the right button, you get a brilliant white light that lets you see things a LONG way off. The angle of the light unit is adjustable and makes the pavement or ground highly visible in front of you. Great safety item, also great for seeing where you're going, or working hands-free outdoors (or indoors). A long press turns the light off. Charges with USB-C.

This Running Light is also great for camping or just walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. I tried it on loosely at first then adjusted the straps to the tightest positions and that fit me very snug (but not too tight) and it felt secure enough to run with. Not sure when using to actually run as repetitive motion can cause it to ride up like shorts that initially feel fine, but it felt secure enough around my ribs, chest, and at my shoulders. (Female, 5'3", 140lbs, muscular build)The straps are thick, sturdy, and reflective as well as the circular part at the back where the straps meet. My favorite feature is that the light angles down at 3 other positions so people aren't blinded as you walk. Also great for illuminating your path specifically instead of just ahead in general. There are 7 modes from red to white light, blinking, steady, etc.Comes with a short USB-C cable which I appreciate since I want all my future electronics to utilize the same cable. Can't wait to wear this camping when it's super dark and we're out exploring or making a trip to the bathrooms.

Since I do almost all of my running very early in the morning, it's all done in the dark. I'm always looking for ways to keep myself safe and visible. In addition to various other lights and reflectors, I figured I'd give this harness a try. There are some good and not-so-good elements to it, but so far the good has far outweighed the bad. It's very lightweight. I barely notice that it's on me, at least regarding its weight. Here's the not-as-good part, though. As I run with this rig on, the chest-band, the part that loops around your trunk, wants to keep riding up my chest. As it does so, the shoulder straps naturally become looser, and want to fall off. On my most recent run, I had to keep pulling down on the chest light in order to keep everything in its proper place. It is annoying, but I may have a fix, as I'll discuss below. The reflective qualities of the harness are excellent. The reflective stripes in all of the straps are bright, as is the big, round reflector in the middle of the back. The light on the front is also great. You can choose between a white light and a red light. In either case, you can have the light always-on or blinking. I've been using the white light in order to light my way on some of the dark streets and alleys where I run. If I were in a better-lit area, I would use the red light just to give oncoming cars a heads-up. It's bright enough that I would be noticed.I'm hopeful that by fiddling with the straps enough I can stop the problem of the bottom loop riding up. Maybe if I can hook it under my ribcage, that will hold it back. We'll see. I consider this little quibble to be a "feature" of my unique physiognomy and not necessarily a design flaw in the harness itself, so five stars all the way!
