These wire rope cable clamps work well to secure tension on the wire cable to hang a shade cloth over a garden deck. The double holes with two screws on the ends feel more secure than those crimped clamps. Was really surprised by the size of these clamps and screws. Please be careful when handling these miniature size screws. The 50 clamps and 100 screws came in a zip lock bag inside a ~3"x3"x1" small box.

I used one of them to put an accelerator pedal on my custom riding mower and it worked well. For the other 49, who knows.

I was expecting these cable clamps to be weatherproof. Description said they were copper? They are silver and look like they are stainless steel, but the screws that hold the cable in the clamp rusted immediately. I had to replace one of the screws already as it seemed to just disintegrate. Very disappointed!

I haven't had the opportunity to put these to the test yet, but did try one out to see how they worked. Compared to other screw/bolt wire clips these were very easy to use and adjust on the wire...seems like they'd be a great option if you don't want a permanent crimp style connection or don't want to invest in the tools to do that type of connection.

These small cable clamps made hanging the cables for our string lights on our back patio seem like a breeze. They were easy to apply and secure. Made from weather resistant material, they should remain effective for a very long time. Once you tighten the screws, the hold is firm without any slippage. The exira units will make a welcome addition to my hardware organizer and become useful in some future DIY project that is coming.Recommended.

THE GOOD:---------------* You get 50 complete sets in this pack. Meaning every double hole clamp comes with two screws.* Made for 1-2.5mm wire.* Allows you to use wire rope without any crimping tool.* Even if you do own a crimping tool, there are scenarios where you might want to use these instead of ferrules. Sometimes I'll strap a rope around a post, and I'll have a tough time getting my tool into a tight space. The only way to crimp in certain scenarios is to allow a lot of slack in the wire. These will come in handy for such applications. I can pull and keep the wire tight with one hand, and with the other hand tighten the nut with a screwdriver.THE BAD:-------------* Nothing so far. 5-Stars.

I wasn't sure what to think when I got these wire rope cable clamps. They are solidly constructed and look like they could easily last a long time. I was able to find a lot of uses for these clamps. They do a good job of securing tents, clothes lines, and hanging baskets. The clamps are easy to set up and use. They hold a firm grip and secure the line that you want to hold in place. The clamps do a good job of holding up well in stressful situations and they are solid performers. A good choice for wire rope cable clamps.
