Personally, I don't like the pre-insulated connectors. I like to either crimp or solder and then use heat shrink insulation. These will save me a step in removing the included insulation before I install them.

These are good bare fork terminals. You get a big bag of them. Appear to be tinned copper and should stand up to corrosion for automotive use. Easy to crimp.I prefer this style to the typical fork terminals with a plastic sleeve over the crimp ring. It allows me to crimp this onto wire and then slip heat shrink over the crimped part to make a much cleaner looking connection. It's also more secure because I can be sure I'm crimping directly in the middle of the ring.
