Feature:

The self-tapping thread insert is a kind of fastener that strengthens the thread, which can form a high-strength inner thread hole when embedded in a soft material such as plastic, copper. It can also be used to repair the damaged inner thread.


Installation method 1:

1. Drilling: According to the material of the plate, select the corresponding size of the parameter table to drill the hole

2. Installation: first screw the screw sleeve into the head of the corresponding special installation tool, and then screw the self-tapping screw sleeve clockwise into the pre-drilled or reserved installation hole

3. Exit: After the installation is in place, the lowering tool rotates in reverse to exit

4. Install the wire: first check whether there is debris in the hole, then screw the screw into the installation hole


Installation method 2:

When the number of installations is small, a simple installation method can be adopted.

Specifically, use the bolts and nuts of the corresponding specifications, fix the self-tapping nut on the screw, fix it with the nut, and screw it in with a wrench and then exit.

These were good quality, functional and well packaged. The coating is a mystery, not sure if it is toxic or not. Might want to wear gloves while handling.
