The ornament is nice. It arrived quickly. Hurricane Helene was hitting the coast when I placed my order. It was nice that when you customize the ornament, you can see how it will look before you place the order. Will be ordering again in the future.

This was part of a gift for a couple that was married 50 years. It looked pretty hanging around the lantern ring that was the main gift. Very pretty, nicely done, arrived quickly. Would buy from this seller again.

It is very pretty and just right for our tree this year since it is our 50th anniversary. I would have given it 5 stars but the first one had the date wrong. I contacted the seller and they got right back to me and after I sent a picture they got right back to me and told me they would replace it and I could keep the wrong one. I liked that they responded so quickly and sent me a replacement. If I hadn't ordered early it would have been a problem though. I would definitely order from them again.

This was a 10th wedding anniversary gift. The name on it was spelled incorrectly. You have to go through about $100.00 worth of my time and postage to get a corrected one. If you are lucky. What you have to do is unbelievable. For a $17.00 ornament. So sad, as I loved the ornament itself. I told them to forget everything and had to throw it away. Would not order again. This is an update. They responded to me quickly, and sent me a corrected ornament quickly. No cost and no hassle. I truly appreciate their service.I changed my mind, as I would order again.. I can't describe how cute the ornament is. Everyone loves it.
