I really like these, I may actually buy a second pair in like them so much.True to size, may run slightly large.I'm a 9.5 in most sneakers and I ordered a 9.5. I'm guess a 9 might fit a but better since I'm just wearing thin summer socks with these.Will buy again.

Excellent boot, am in the mountains and canyons here in Arizona. I'm 5ft 10 and 240 very hard on boots, hike and bushwack in rough country almost daily. Usually wear these every other day, rotate boots to help my feet. Fit true to size, good interior construction, no hot spots, work well in hot to cold weather. Work well with or without a large pack.My third pair and will buy another when these wear out.

La marca 5.11 es sinónimo de calidad (a que ya unos productos no lo sean como antes) pero en cuanto a las botas estas siguen siendo de la mejor calidad posible. No hay marca de botas tácticas mejor que 5.11, nadie las puede igualar.

Boots feel great right out the box, however it would have been nice to know they run a little small. I still wear them everyday to work but any smaller and it would have been a return. I’m mostly happy with them otherwise.

Pretty basic/ standard level of construction, light, good for humid and arid environments. Wide toe box, size normally.

Welll see how the longevity stacks up but most comfortable boots I’ve worn . Switched over from red wings. Update . Same pair 6 months later . Pretty beat up but can get another few months , switched to gel insoles to help my feet . I’d say 7-9 months of 7 days a week work . May last a whole year for some depending on trade / what they’re doing / conditions

Great boot comfortable right out of the box, just running a little small so order a 1/2 size bigger. I had to send the first pair back too small.

Let me start by saying the description IS incorrect! These boots do not have the zipper on the side. I'm pretty sure it got copy/pasted from the listing with the zipper. That being said, if you're okay not having it like I am, these boots are amazing! Extremely comfortable and form fitting. I just got them a few days ago and have been wearing them as much as I can. They're breaking in very well, not too heavy like some of my other boots, and have not caused any pain so far. Will update if any of that changes, but so far they're my favorite wearing/looking boots.

I previously Tried a different shoe manufacturer initially when I started playing Airsoft, and had to immediately send them back due to the heel being completely unbearable. Switched over to these 5.11 ATAC 2.0’s in a size 12, and they work great. Can’t rate durability at the moment due to only having them for a few months, but I have faith that they’ll hold up and get the job done for what I intend to use them for, especially at this price point.

I picked these up because I had read many reviews that said they were comfortable, well they aren't in my case. I bought my normal boot size, and these have been absolute hell on my feet. I use them for work where I'm walking anywhere from 15-20 kilometres a day, and they've crippled me right up. The actual footbed of the boot is nice, but the toe box and heel are far too tight. There is something going on with the heel area because every time I wear them they are biting my achilles tendon. After a work day in them I can barely walk, and I can still feel the pain the next day. At first I thought it was just a tough break in period, but I've worn full leather boots that broke in easier, such as my Corcoran 985's. I haven't owned these very long, and maybe only worn them to work for a total of three weeks, but look at the toe in my pictures. Already ripping open, just from the occasion scuff from stairs. Bottom line, if you aren't actually walking in them very far you'll be fine I guess. If however you actually put some steps in every day, look elsewhere. It's a cheap boot, and if there is a lesson I've learned from this it's "Do not cheap out on your footwear". Spend the extra money on something that will last, you'll thank yourself later.

I had read all the reviews on the 5.11 Men's ATAC 2.0 6" Desert Tactical Military Boot before I had purchased them and almost everyone had said they fit small. After spending 28 years in the Army I have worn a lot of different types and styles of boots and always had bought the same size. After the majority of comments had said they fit small I went ahead and ordered my5.11 Men's ATAC 2.0 6" Desert Tactical Military Boot a half size bigger and they fit perfect. Now I have a new government job that recommends I wear boots again so I decided to get these because I do wear 5.11 pants and shirts and find them to be very durable and a nice fit too. The 5.11 Men's ATAC 2.0 6" Desert Tactical Military Boot fits, look and are very comfortable and excellent for someone who spends a lot of time on their feet. I do recommend this pair of boots and also recommend to purchase them a half size larger than what you would normally wear.
