Very bad products. Couldn’t open the cover I try. All different ways. Even my son Try it. And no way this thing will open Return. The first time. They send mes second one. It was the same problem. This product should be not on the market. Done one will get hurt. O the top of it. I paid for a new Item. But it was. Use. And had missing. Parts

It's heavy duty. The lid fits tight. It's so easy to clean. I can cook chicken breast, roasts, etc and it comes out well done, juicy & tender. It does a fabulous job on my vegetables from the garden, esp does a great job cooking beets, sweet & tender in 10-15 minutes. I would definitely buy another one

This product is wonderful. I've cooked with a stove-top and electric pressure cooker all the time and this one is 100% comparable to those. Food comes out so tender and delicious. Great buy!!

The catches for the cap broke when the container was accidentally dropped. Upon investigation, it was found they were very small considering the use of the unit.

I read a lot of very mixed reviews on this product, I have found it to work quite well. I made 8 total meals to include Lasagna Spaghetti Pinto Beans/Ham and much more. I have been mindful not to cook items very long (about 5 minutes at a time) without checking on it. It been a great addition to my meal choices at the office allowing me to make better and more healthy meals.

The Microwave Steamer is a fantastic product. It allows you to cook frozen vegetables very quickly, or something as simple as Rice (in 11 minutes). Its one pot cooking so there is no mess.I've owned one in the past and it was flimsy and cheap and fell broke fairly easily. The SilverStone is of very high quality. Dishwasher safe and very easy to use.It also has many safety features. It automatically vents steam if the pressure becomes too high and has 3 different release valves. All in all this is an amazing piece to add to any kitchen, it will blow you away from a convenience standpoint and the SilverStone Brand is the best I've ever used. Comes with a guide, cookbook and Warranty as well.If your in the market for a Microwave pressure cooker this is the best one you can buy!

The price came down so I ordered another one. I see it has gone back up. This is the second one I've ordered. I ordered the first one from Amazon.com which was cheaper - including the exchange on the dollar and the shipping. This second one, from a Canadian Supplier, came with the inner tray that has dividers in it.From the pictures can you tell which one is new and which one is a year and a half old?I don't know what I can say about the Seller because the items were packaged and shipped by Amazon but my items were well packaged and received on time. This item was one of many pieces in an order and there is no link in my Order Section to for this item to a 'write a review' page so the 'Verified Purchaser' notation may not show up.THIS IS MY REVIEW FROM AMAZON.COMThis cookware did not disappoint. Nov. 5 2015By Unique - Published on Amazon.comVerified PurchaseI must say that after reading the customer reviews, this cookware did not disappoint. It is thick & solid, easy to clean and keeps moisture in. However, food can still get a microwave burn, especially food close to the outside edge. I've only steam cooked so far but I suspect a microwave burn can happen when stewing, as well.I have a 900w microwave. I've cooked meat, poultry and vegetables (separately) in it and I love using it. On a side note, that has nothing to do with function, I love the colour.Does it work better than a casserole dish? There are no boil overs so you don't have to watch it or experiment to find that point in cooking - so yes it is better than a casserole dish. It is worth buying, if only for that reason alone.I suspect food will not stick when stewing. It doesn't when steaming, everything just wipes right off. I would definitely recommend this cooker and it is well worth the money.I've had no problems with putting the lid on or taking it off (except human error when not lined up correctly, lol).I live in Canada and this seller ships to Canada. This item was cheaper than a smaller version (the 2.4 qt), from a different seller, on amazon.ca (the Canadian equivalent), including the shipping and the exchange rate on the dollar. The cooker arrived well packaged for its trip and on time as promised. I highly recommend this seller - tops in my book.Update, Jan 24, 2016: I've cooked pasta in it now and this is the best and easiest way to cook pasta. I cook it on PL 8 (cooking time depends on volume). I put it in the microwave and walk away. I come back when I feel like it. No boil overs, no stirring, no temperature adjustments. Put it in and walk away. The time isn't all too relative since the pasta (or anything else) will continue to cook till you open the MwPrCkr and remove the contents. It takes a long time to cool off so things stay hot for a long time. Over an hour in my experience. So I can cook something an hour before I want to eat and just leave it in the microwave till I'm ready to eat and its piping hot and ready. No moisture build-up or water dripping on the inside of the microwave to clean up either. I love it. It's still easy to clean. Everything just rinses off under the tap without wiping - except the dried on pasta water when left for a day but most of it just flakes off anyway. How much easier can life get?

Better be adventurous. No, the Microwave didn't explode. Inded it does cook. It is a learning experience, as there really isn't a cook book with it. Just some vauge guidelines. We loved the large baking potatoes (2) with a small amount of water that cooked in 20 minutes. A 2lb Turkey Meatloaf that cooked in 1 C tomato juice in 25 minutes. Very good. I still don't know what the "shelf" is for. Nix on trying to cook beans. I won't try rice either after the beans were a failure. But it is fun.
