dont try to remove material in one pass if routing deep groves. Bit pulled itself out of router.

Very stiff chisel sleeve does not shift in mortises. Well inclined extractor lands and grooves prevent binding despite fast cutting bit. My Delta mortiser head binds on frame with bits in this size range; a problem solved with an extra table top board for deep mortises.
