I'm not a gym person. Prefer to do my own thing at home. I love that with these cards I can custom build my own exercise routine and set them up as I organize my workout. Good images, easy to see body positioning. I especially like the "focus" points on each card reminding you of key elements such as muscle group, posture, and safety. Very happy with this product!!

Good set of cards for beginners. The card explanations are helpful. The really nice bonus about these cards is that none of them require equipment, which is great for those who prefer home workouts. Overall, lots of good exercise options, this will help expand my routine a bit.

This deck of 52 cards give you front and back side exercise ranging from beginner to expert. They are separated by color. Each color means either beginner and immediate or expert. They’re easy to do at home. No equipment needed. The quality of the cards are great super thick cards with a description of each pose with a picture to show you what it looks like.

Great set of cards, solid storage box. The designs seem easy to follow and provide great motivation for trying new pilates moves! I only deducted one start for a pet peeve of mine: they cards arrived, factory sealed, OUT OF ORDER. Why would you do this to us?? haha. It's minor but slightly annoying. I reordered the cards by category myself.

This is a great set of exercise cards. There are forty different exercises all featuring photos to illustrate. These include beginner exercise as well as intermediate exercises. There is also a set of five warm up exercises and cards that give you workouts (featuring the numbers of the exercises you should do if you'd like to focus on hip mobility, spinal flexion, endurance, stretching and balance, or hip and glute strength. You can have fun pulling cards out of the pile to bring variety to your workouts. There are also QR codes on the cards that link to videos of the instructor demonstrating online these exercises.

I weight train three (3) days/week. I also bike, swim, and other fitness activity. This includes Pilates; like many I have taken classes but also have a mat at home and do Pilates at home. You know what I do over time? I get sloppy. My technique, my breathing; sloppy. I also focus on the same seven (7) movements I know. These cards are going to expand my Pilates routine. They are separated by Warm-Up, Beginner, Intermediate. They are a great reference. I am going to expand my routine and stay true-to-form.
