I was not able to keep the unit due to a problem with the item upon delivery, however I was able to remove and inspect the dehumidifier. I can say that it is a very attractive unit with a little brushed gold rim on the top panel, and it's heavy and sturdy. The carry handle on the top is extremely secure when I lifted the heavy dehumidifier out of the box. It's large and yet compact, also beautifully shaped, and would fit perfectly tucked into nooks around the home. And while this next part may seem minor, any user who is going to be emptying the tank as opposed to a drain hose installation will find this to be an extremely useful feature... the inner tank that holds the water has a handle too! I've owned 4 dehumidifiers and none of them had this inner handle. Having to very carefully transport a heavy, filled to the brim, open container of water across a room was one of my dreaded tasks! This would make emptying the tank a joy. Additionally, customer service was immediate and unbelievably human, understanding, kind and most of all, helpful. I recommend this company with flying colors, a rare find on Amazon to have such great service.

I’ve been using this dehumidifier for a few weeks now, and I’m thoroughly impressed. It effectively pulls moisture out of the air, keeping my room comfortable and dry, even on humid days. The unit is surprisingly quiet—even on higher settings—so I can leave it running while I sleep or work without any distractions.I also love the modern, minimalist design. I bought this for my downstairs basement. The humidity level would not go below 53, which I bought it cause it had a 30 percent humidity level. I contacted the company which was very responsive. They said it probably was a problem with humidity sensor. They did offer me a reimbursement or another one. I opted for another one since i really needed one downstairs. It came fast. I’ve ran it a few days and it still won’t go below 53. It is very quiet and easy to use. I just wish it would go lower because summers are brutal here with the humidity. But otherwise it is nice.

The machine is operated simply and has overflow safety. It is easy to move. The humidity level is high, and the noise level is low. It is very suitable for the living room.

Beware they won’t pay for shipping back I don’t find that it helps with humidity it did not bring down the humidity in my basement. I wanted to send it back to sender won’t pay for return cost me $52 to return the item I will never buy from a third-party again my mistake always look out for Amazon prime items with free returns
