Specification

The cylinder of this product may not be suitable for some 110CC/125CC Amoy ATV models, as the stroke is quite large and it may need to be 10mm longer than the current size, while our current cylinder height is 69mm. Installation may cause piston top valve malfunction. Before purchasing, please measure the length of your original cylinder. If the length is different, please purchase under the guidance of a professional installer.

Is the cylinder force insufficient?

Maybe engine overheating, piston ring fracture, piston ring is not sealed, piston pin elastic ring off, foreign matter into the cylinder.

Recommendation: Replace the valve oil seal, replace the piston and piston ring, insert cylinder liner, replace the valve spring, replace the cylinder head gasket.

I installed this cylinder head valve assembly on my small dirt bike (its an old off brand dirt bike so not sure what the name brand equivalent would be), and it has been a solid replacement. The build quality is great, and the fitment was perfect, making installation smooth. The valves and springs seem durable, and the engine runs much better after installation.
