We purchased a dishwasher here on Amazon. In 2019. It was the Frigidaire FFCD2413US 24" Built-in Dishwasher.It worked pretty good for a while. With only the occasional issue with pumping out the water. And about a year into it we had to use the warranty and have it replaced. They replaced it with no issue. And we got the exact same dishwasher and have been using it for a while now. Still currently using it. About 6 months ago, the top rack of dishes always had this gross sludge on them, it didn't matter how clean the filters were it didn't matter how clean everything was going into the dishwasher, you would still have this grimy sludge on them with little bits of food. I was pretty upset because I couldn't afford to replace the dishwasher right now and it shouldn't need to be replaced this soon. I decided to just randomly start checking each part. Checked all my filters, cleaned everything, and just started watching it work. We'd run it empty and pull the door open really fast to see what was happening. Lol. We finally realized that the top rack jets weren't working. Every time we opened the dishwasher it was in the same position. So we took it off, fully cleaned it out cleaned out all of the little holes. And then put it back in. It still wasn't working. So I started looking over the entire thing and realized that the gasket at the end was all mashed and kind of deformed and wonky. So I went online looking for just the gasket. Which I couldn't find. Then I found this and matched it to the specs for our dishwasher. I ordered it hoping for the best.It got here, we pulled the old one out, pop this one in. It is super easy to install. You literally just unclip the old one, clip this one in and you are ready to go.It appears to be really durable. Well built, you only thing that seems like it would break down over time is of course the gasket. I wish they would make just the gasket. I could not find it. But this absolutely fixed our problem. The dishes on the top rack are now coming clean. They have no sludge on them. We did end up buying an all-natural rinse aid to add to the dishwasher just to help with any water spots and sludge. But we don't even need it.This solve the problem and made it so we don't have to replace an entire dishwasher. I'm very pleased.. 100% recommend this!!

failed after 1 month, plastic on the support arm warped down so it blocks its own spinner. Maybe mine was too thin or something, but the arm under the basket bent, and because the rotation of the swivel point was offset, the propeller-like arm of the spinner part(i don't know the terms) cant spin freely, it now smacks into the support arm and just stays stationary. I'm disappointed this lasted barely a month before failing. I can't recommend it in good faith although there seemed to be plenty of good reviews, maybe mine was on oddball, but i'm not going to buy another one if it's just going to fail.
