It simply doesn't work. I tried on a variety of similar sized bottles and it struggles to stay put or hug the contour of the bottle opening. Even a classic coke bottle doesn't work with this. Worse still, a quick inversion of the bottle reveal how leaky it is. Making seltzer drinks with a loose cap like this is worthless. Within an hour all the gas will escape.The only purpose of offering caps in colors (for me at least) is so that someone who make his own drinks can identify what is in the bottle, a sort of color coding scheme that makes sense to the creator. Offering 9 different colors is way too many. You need only a handful and no combination of this set exist where you can pick the color or not having too few of each color and many total colors in a set. I realize some people think that is pretty and that might be another reason.
