This barrel lifter works wonderfully. It is built very solid and makes lifting 55 gallon drums of motor oil incredibly easy. I wish we would have had one sooner and saved a lot of back pain.

We run a couple service trucks in our home based business, and to be a good steward of what God provides I do my own oil changes. I buy oil in 55 gallon drums so having this the handle the drums with my engine crane is handy allowing me to use tools I already own more effectively. These work well and lock securely.

Makes moving around 55-gallon oil drums so much easier. I just wish I would have had these years ago!

Nice and sturdy way to safely lift drums. Both the clamps and the chain look to be of good quality. The lifting clamps do a great job of securely grasping a drum as long as there is some kind of lip on your drum. The drum can be open top or closed and the chain lifter will still work. I feel the length of the chains is just right. These are pretty easy to attach to the drum and they have springs to keep them engaged. I am happy with the chain drum lifter. I use with the front end loader on my tractor and am able to move full drums around with ease
