Awesome little set of resistors. Rather than buying 20-30 value packs of same value resistors, we opted to go with a broad, small quantity of each approach, and are glad we did. Storage box makes for tidy shelves, and the resistor leads accept 60/40 and 63/37 solder just fine.

These are the blue resistors which have better tolerances (within 1% of specified value) than the more common light brown resistors (within 5% of specified value). I also really liked that these came in a very nice plastic billfold-like holder which makes them easy to sort and store, and also to find the type you need quickly. (If you're like me, you know the tedium of hunting and pecking through a stack of the paper-glued resistor sheets!) Aside from that, these are indistinguishable from typical blue resistors you'd find anywhere else. Good design, quality, and nicely labeled. I'm happy with the resistors and I'm sure you would be too.

I revised my review after the seller responded to my testing results. It isn't often that a seller takes enough care to make things right. So, I'm providing an accurate revised review of these resistors as it should be.The resistors are between 3% and 5%. I tested these in my lab- against true 1% resistors manufactured with tight quality control. The resistors are nicely packaged with label inserts showing what their values are. It can be hard to see the values on metal film resistors so that's a plus.Specs matter a great deal to me. Nothing frustrates a buyer more than being told product specs only to discover the published specs were false AFTER the transaction. These are decent 5% tollerance resistors and that is what the listing reflects. Not everyone needs 1% resistors, but when we do, it's imperative THAT is what we receive. In this case, you are getting precicely what is listed- decent 5% resistors.Recommended for hobby craft or prototyping. These are as advertised. If you are looking for 5% tollerance parts, then these will work just fine.

The resistors are as advertised, with accurate resistance values verified through spot checks of each set. Notably, the resistors are packaged in a sturdy plastic bag equipped with a slide latch for easy access. Inside this bag, you’ll find a plastic picture holder, similar to those found in most wallets, but in this case, it’s used to hold anti-static bags. You can see the wallet plastic picture holder in the product listing. Each of the anti-static bags contains 10 ribboned resistors.Each anti-static bag is marked with a different color sticker that lists the resistor specs. However, the print is small and difficult to read due its size and a very poor color combinations consisting of a muted background colors and white text, which doesn’t meet AA color contrast standards. Additionally, the 10K and 1K Ohm resistor bags have nearly identical backgrounds colors. While these are minor issues, they’re worth noting. the sticker is still easier to read than the resistor itself.I’ve never owned a resistor case before, so this is a significant improvement over simply tossing ribbons into a drawer. Now, I have the convenience of storing them in a more organized way, by throwing the triple-sealed bag of resistors in a drawer instead.

These resistors come in a little booklet-type holder so you can easily sort through them. They arrive pre-sorted, in order, and taped into groups for convenience. I tested on a cheapo multimeter and a 10K resistor pack had ranges from ~9.97K to 10.02K, all within the 1% tolerance if my math is correct.A tad expensive, especially for the limited range and small number of units in a pack, but if they work as advertised I am happy. Remember you can combine in series to create new resistor values. This helps with the jump from 1K to 10K, for instance.

The resistors arrived well organized within clearly labeled separate sleeves for each value, all within a resealable plastic pouch. I randomly tested a couple of each value and they were all well within the specification. This set of resistors is excellent for projects. I checked some resistors for accuracy, and they matched up with what my voltmeter read. The resistors come packaged in a zipper pouch and then in a folio like you would have for pictures. This packaging is a bonus to keep things organized. Each strip of resistors is labeled for easy identification. I am happy with this purchase.
