After reading the other reviews, evidently there needs to be a warning placed on this item.WARNING - This item is NOT for use by regular home owners. It uses special fittings designed to prevent consumers from monkeying with their water providers equipment. If dirty water is run through it, it stops working (by design). Please don't buy this meter unless you are a water provider or municipal distributor.

Only used the meter once and it froze up on me. It was unfortunately after the product return time. I did not us the meter until after that time, so did not know there was a problem. I emailed the company the same day I discovered the problem. I did not receive a response that I could find in my email. Disappointing to say the least.

Slow delivery, product is unusable, and attempts to contact seller have produced zero response. The meter is unusable because the threads on the inlet side of it are not NPT thus cannot be connected to water line so totally useless. The outlet side of the meter is correct and be connected but moot without ability to connect the inlet side. I definitely do not recommend.
