This clear acrylic board (about 6 x 6 inches) can be used for reminders, for messages, or for drawing. Several dry-erase markers are included, but any will do. The board comes out of its wooden base and lays flat to write or draw on, and when placed back in the base, the LED lights can be switched on for a soft glow. Works best in dim light, of course.The 3-foot power cord plugs into a USB port. You provide the adapter if you want to plug it into a standard electrical outlet. The cord has an on/off switch.Small soft cloths are included to clean the board. Works best to wipe in small circles.I gave this as a birthday present to a budding young artist, so his current creation can be on display like a night light on his nightstand.

I bought this message board to leave sweet, encouraging notes for my autistic nephew and also to serve as a nightlight. The set includes a wooden stand with a built-in light, a 5.9x5.9 acrylic "glass" piece, 7 dry erase markers, and a cleaning cloth. For just $10, I think it's an incredible deal! We’ve had so much fun using it—leaving silly notes for each other, practicing drawing, and even doing simple math equations. It’s become a favorite in our home, and I’m so glad I found it. I’ll definitely be ordering a couple more to put in other areas of the house.Overall, I highly recommend this set. If you’re on the fence about purchasing, just go for it! It’s a fantastic investment, especially for the price. I’m honestly amazed at how affordable it is - don't miss out while the deal is still awesome! The set is also HIGHLY giftable! I really like this light-up message board. The light comes from inside the wood stand's slot, and the stand is solid and stable. The switch feels substantial and clicks the light on-and-off (no dimming). It uses a USB plug for power. The marker colors look nice and distinct (the purple is on the pale side, while the other colors are vibrant). And the acrylic feels thick. In other words, it seems like this could actually last a long time, and it does NOT feel cheap.The only issue: If planning to gift the item, the packaging does not say what it is, there are no instructions, and the acrylic comes with brown paper adhered to it as protection. Someone who received this as a gift might not realize what it is, and that you need to peel off the brown paper. I didn't dock any stars for this as it can be remedied by including your own note for the recipient.Note: There are microfiber cloths included. I found the best way to wipe off the marker is with a wet paper towel, then buff with the microfiber cloth.

My 8 year old granddaughter and I adore this light up message board. I wrote a special message that welcomed their family to our house to visit Easter weekend, then had my granddaughter decorate it for the holiday. She did a terrific job! This will now become party of our tradition for every holiday.

I got this board to advertise a deal of the week at my job. This is perfect for that. It's easy to clean, and the colors are surprisingly bright! It doesn't take much to set up a cute board, and the pens are mostly wonderful, some colors work better than others.I do wish the cord was longer, but I have a USB cord extender I use without issue.

Works well, good size, stays plugged in not the type that charges up. It has a cord with a usb plug. Lights up well and pens are colorful and super saturated so I think they will last a long time and are easy to draw with on the board. Wipes off easily. Note it comes with both sides of the board lined in smooth, brown protective film you need to peel off to expose the plexiglass board and the box doesn’t say what the product is nor does it come with any instructions. Most people would be familiar with what this is but it would be nice if they identified the product on the front or at least put a single sheet with a picture inside. One star off for that but good product.

Nice little memo board for the house. The wood base is the perfect size to hold the removable 6”x6” glass piece. The led lights are at the bottom of the slot and point straight up, which floods the glass piece with light.The one thing I did not expect was the cord has a USB plug, not a typical power outlet plug, but is no big deal.It is bright enough to see even in the daytime, and small enough to be put just about anywhere.The picture still has the protective sticker on the back side, which is why it looks weird, but has almost an antique look. This is such a cute note board that I may get a couple more to keep around the house.
