I have bought these twice. The first time they sent me terminals for 16 gage and I thought it was a mistake. So, I ordered them again. Definitely not heavy duty and would not interface with ones I have on my shelf. I just needed two more to complete a job and thought this would be quick and easy. I will buy from an online electrical house. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

These connectors are great, but every now and then I mess up a crimp. Having extra contacts is a must, and this is perfect, just as advertised.

HERE IS THE TIHING, I BUILT MY OWN SOLAR ELECTRIC SYSTEM IN 1990 AND HAVE NO EDISON WIRES. BUT THE WIRES ON MY ROOF ARE REALLY MESSU AND EVER FEW YEARS I HAVE TO REDO THE CONNECTIONS. I PLAN TOREDO ALL THE WIRING FROM MY INVERTER AND BATTEREIS. THE WIRE TO WIRE CONNECTERS ARE EXPENSIVE BUT THE NEWER GO POWER INVERTERS HAVE THIS KIND OF CONNECTION BUILT IN. I AM HOPING THAT THE CONNECTIONS ARE SUPERIOR TO THE MESSY JOB I HAVE DONE ALL THESE YEARS AND THAT I WILL NOT BE ASHAMED IF HELICOPTERS FLY OVER AND SEE THE MESS I MADE. HOWEVER MY PROUDEST DAYS WERE WHEN THEY SENT NEW EDISON EMPLOYEES TO CHECK MY METER, WHICH OF COURSE I DO NOT HAVE ONE.
