Used for approximately 60 minutes. These bulbs caused my balast to burn up and catch fire!!!! Now not only do I need new bulbs, but, I now have to have my business inspected by a commercial electrician and buy all new balast. Meanwhile, I'll also be shut down for several days due to these bulbs!

ordered 1 case to try them out. Loved them. tried to order more but they are limiting orders to 2 cases and not available for 5 weeks! Needed 40 cases now!

ordered a case of 10 and only 8 worked.no visible damage and no way to talk to distributor for exchange for these bulbs and Amazon wouldn't call or chat to resolve issue

These work. I had to bypass the ballast (two burned out before I did this) and starter, but it was pretty easy and straightforward DIY, and although I've only used them a couple months, they're just as bright and steady, and I'm hopeful I don't have to replace them every year, like I do the fluorescents. Or rather did. They generate less heat and use less electricity in the meantime, especially important since we keep the sign on 24 hours a day, so it'd be a wash even if they burned out as fast!

Not as bright as fluorescent bulbs of the same size. Puts lines on sign board. Not high output as described in ad. I purchased them on sale but still not happy with the performance
